Maintenance massage session: This session is to assist an Athlete in maintaining optimum performance. This session may include light-deep tissue massage, stretching, cryotherapy, thermotherapy and range of motion to assist with recovery. (45 Minute-90 Minute session is best!)
Pre-event massage session: This session is to assist in preparing an Athlete for an event. This session will be light-medium in depth (no deep work!) and may include massage, range of motion, stretching, and joint mobilization. No face or Abdominal work. No lotion or oils used. Recommended 4 hours before the start of the event (45 Minute session is best!).
Post event massage session: This session is to assist and Athlete with the recovery from exertion of the body after a major athletic event. This session will be light-medium in depth and may include stretching, cryotherapy, and range of motion to assist with the reduction of inflammation and pain management. Recommended 4 hours after the end of the event with a proper cool-down. (45 Minute-90 Minute session is best!).
You may cancel your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call or text to cancel your appointment OR do not show up, you will be charged the FULL PRICE of the scheduled service.
